*This is my own recipe*


1 red, yellow, orange, green pepper
1 onion
3 Romano tomatoes
1 skirt steak
1 package of fajita marinade
1 package of corn or flour tortilla
Sour Cream
Guacamole (I use wholly brand)

Cook skirt steak on grill or skillet. 
The pepper, onion and tomatoes I put in a pot, and put oil and butter in the pan, and let them cook down.  When the steak is done cooking, slice the steak and add to the peppers.

**This recipe made enough for another meal of my husband and I**
